The Invisible Man Fix and any add-ons are digital products delivered instantly. Because you receive immediate access to the full content upon purchase, all sales are generally final.
If you didn't receive your download, your link expired, or you had any technical issue getting your Product, we'll fix it — just email support@invisiblemanfix.com and we'll re-send your download right away. You will never lose access to something you paid for.
If you're genuinely unsatisfied with your purchase, email support@invisiblemanfix.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order reference, and we'll review your request. We handle these case by case and aim to be fair.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
